I've always been passionate about whole-person wellness and what it means to truly thrive in all areas of life. My own health journey—with its challenges, lessons, and breakthroughs—led me to the world of health and wellness coaching. Like many people, I’ve faced health concerns that required me to rethink my approach to food, movement, and self-care. Along the way, I learned that the most effective solutions are the ones that honor your unique body, lifestyle, and values.

That’s what drew me to coaching. In a world full of conflicting advice and "shoulds," it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. I love helping my clients cut through the noise, tune into their own wisdom, and build sustainable habits that actually work for them. There’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing someone step into a life they once only dreamed of—with energy, confidence, and a sense of empowerment.

Professional Story

​​I hold a Master of Science in Positive Psychology with a specialization in coaching, where I was introduced to a range of evidence-based coaching techniques—including cognitive coaching, mind-body stress reduction, motivational interviewing, and behavior change strategies.

Drawn to the power of sustainable lifestyle transformation, I chose to specialize in health and wellness coaching. I became a certified MindBodyGreen Health Coach and deepened my expertise with additional certifications in Precision Nutrition and Functional Medicine.

Through this integrative foundation, I support clients in making meaningful, lasting changes that align with their values, health goals, and everyday lives.
